Why do you want to foster a greyhound?

Any information you'd like us to know that we haven't asked? (past experience with greyhounds, professional or social relationships with veterinarians or possible benefactors, etc.

Please read carefully:

I understand that all foster greyhounds in this program are the sole property of Greyhound Pets of America/Central New Hampshire and shall be returned to GPA-CNHC upon request or if the foster parent is not able to adequately care for the greyhound.

I understand that GPA- CNHC will provide routine and emergency veterinary care through select veterinarians. Foster greyhounds are not to be treated by unauthorized veterinarians, except in the case of extreme emergencies. Expenses resulting from unauthorized routine care will be the responsibility of the foster parent.

GREYHOUNDS MAY HAVE DEADLY REACTIONS TO MEDICATIONS AND/OR PROCEDURES WHICH DO NOT ADVERSELY AFFECT OTHER DOGS.

I agree to provide the foster greyhound with high-quality food; fresh water at all times; soft, comfy beds and pillows; lots of guidance, supervision, and training; and mostly unlimited love and affection!

I understand that my role is an important one in the placement and adoption process and agree to talk to and meet with prospective families.

I agree to assume all responsibility for the actions of my foster greyhound while the greyhound is placed with me.

I understand my foster greyhound should never be left unsupervised with strangers, small children or other animals with whom the greyhound is unfamiliar.

I understand that I am responsible to bring my foster greyhound to the open house on the first Sunday of every month in Warner, New Hampshire.

By clicking submit below, you are opening your life to an exciting adventure!  The dog's future parents, and the dog thank you for volunteering.
