Hello- the new forum looks great!

We adopted our first grey, Pulsar, in July 08. He just fit into our lives like he'd always been there, and is a perfect gentleman in every way!

Shortly after, we adopted our quirky boy, Ruffie, who was just healing from a broken leg. He just loves to meet people; his whole body goes into this little wiggle if he sees someone coming his way. A lot of things are scary to him, though, the snowblower, loud sounds, sudden movements, even dropping a pen will send him running into the other room! Having mellow Pulsar to look up to has made him braver.

We weren't planning on getting another grey, but this past summer heard about this sweet senior gal who was found as a stray in Florida and had survived thyroid cancer & heartworms. We wanted this sprited, joyful girl to have a home of her own, so Tina joined us this September. She is a character! Unlike the boys who are very quiet, she will bark right in your face when she wants something! She loves to play with her squeaky toys, is our only roacher, and is always trying to engage the boys in playing outside in the dogpen, always living life to the fullest!

I look forward to meeting everyone and hearing about their gorgeous greyhounds!

One more picture of Pulsar at the Reunion this past summer. The costume contest was at the end of the day & he was just exhausted!

Glad to see you made it. Congrats on adopting Tina.
Doesn't Pulsar know that Superman is the Man of Steel and shouldn't be tired?

Love seeing these faces! That's always been my favorite part of the forum. I am so happy to hear Tina has found her forever home and happy to know there are folks like you that are willing to share yours. How lucky you all are to have found each other. :) She is a beauty!

Pulsar is indeed a perfect gentleman! Please hug him for us, and tell him Alice says "howdy, and thanks for showing me how to use the couch!"

Congratulations on Tina!

Your greys are beautiful. Our Coral as well, barks in my face when she wants to go out or thinks it's time for supper. :) She also is a little afraid of loud noises, especially thunder, but all in all our house is pretty quiet.
Love your pictures.
